Provides dynamic zooming (in and out).

To use this feature:

1.Select "Zoom Dynamic" from the "View->Zoom and Pan" menu

2.click anywhere in the view (Zooming will occur relative to this point)

3.To Zoom In, drag towards to the top-right corner of window

4.To Zoom Out, drag towards to the bottom-left corner of window

Tip: Use the mouse scroll wheel to dynamically zoom in and out of the screen.
