Use this tool to draw multiple frame elements.
To draw multiple frame element:
1. Select the frame tool
2. Click to select the first point of the frame; if no node exists at this location, it will be created.
3. Click to select the second point of the frame; if no node exists at this location, it will be created.
4. Continue selecting points to add frames. Frames will be connected to each other.
