Modifies distributed load for selected elements.

The distributed load can be uniform or may vary linearly over the length of the element.

Note: This dialog can be also be displayed for a single element by double-clicking on the element's distributed load or by right-clicking on an element and selecting "Element Properties" from the context menu.
